NTEU NSW Survey 1Start2Employment3Issues4Job security5Hours & pay6Sector7Guide8 EmailThis field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged. Before we begin This survey is being conducted by the NSW Division of the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU). In 2025, employment agreements in NSW Universities will start to come up for renegotiation. The process is called Enterprise Bargaining. Union reps consult with university staff about key workplace issues that need to be addressed. Based on that feedback, members at each campus develop a set of proposals to improve working conditions called a ‘log-of-claims’. Once the log is agreed by members, it’s submitted to local university managers and negotiations begin between NTEU and management reps begin. Union members will campaign throughout the negotiations to show support for the claims and to convince management to accept them. Your responses to this survey are an important way to give weight to priority claims. The survey should only take 10 mins, so jump in now to make sure your input is included.
