NTEU members have concluded agreements at 29 out of 37 universities across the country so far in this round of enterprise bargaining. The average annual pay rise we’ve achieved is 3.48%.
UNE management is currently offering us just 3%.
We deserve more. Our students and community deserve staff paid competitevly with colleagues elsewhere.
On Valentine’s Day, let’s send a message to UNE management that it’s time they showed us some love.
