NTEU USYD ICT Change Proposal Feedback

This form has been set up by Sydney University NTEU Branch reps to collect information from staff who may be affected by a proposed change management process.

The information collected will be used to guide the support we provide members, as well as our response to the proposal.

Please provide what you can, there is also space for you to identify additional information the union can request from management. If possible, provide contact information so we can follow up with you.

Only aggregated and de-identified data will be shared outside the NTEU.
